Cuisipro – Surface Glide Fine Rasp

Experience the pleasure of Cuisipro’s razor sharp etched graters with exclusive Surface Glide Technology.Surface Glide Technology is a special grooved grating surface, exclusive to Cuisipro that creates the perfect balance between ease of grating and maximum effciency for the ultimate grating experience. The science behind Surface Glide Technology is based in the repeated grooved pattern that is spread evenly across the face of the grating surface. First the groove reduces resistance, so your grating experience is easier.Secondly the groove elongates the length of each individual blade, so it has a larger cutting surface that comes in contact with food, therefore more gratings per stroke. Combined these features give you outstanding grating performance.Patents PendingDishwasher SafeSurface Glide TechnologyNon Slip BaseSecure Grip for safetyProtective CoverPerfect for grated citrus zest, Parmesan, garlic, nutmeg and cinnamon
